SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Due to the coronavirus there may be some delays in shipping from our fulfillment partners. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We are grateful for your support during this time.

Please note that after your payment is authorized and verified, it may take up to two business days to process your order. We currently ship UPS and USPS to all destinations serviced by USPS in the USA. 

  • USPS Parcel Post: 4-7 Business Days
  • UPS Ground: 3-5 Business Days

 

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL
Wildspiritfragrances.com does not ship to international addresses.

 

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials include aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). These items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. All orders containing hazardous materials must be shipped via Ground. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing hazardous materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. states and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

 

ORDER PROCESSING
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).
  • Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders with Standard Service are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Orders  will be processed the same business day if the order is placed by 12:00 PM EST.

 

SECURITY
For your own security, you won't be able to submit an order on Wildspiritfragraces.com if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code doesn't match your credit card statement.
Wildspiritfragrances.com requires you to enter the correct security code with every purchase. We will not remember your security code.
